Bridge Safety Inspection
Land owners have a legal requirement under the ‘Occupiers Liability (Scotland) Act 1960’, to show due diligence in ensuring ‘ No act or omission’ will endanger any person entering onto their land.
Highland Hill Services will carry out primary inspection, by our certified inspector, on your pedestrian pathway, hill and forest access bridges; submitting a report and certificate of good state or recommendations on remedial action required. This in turn meets with the statutory due diligence obligation.
If there are any queries or information on any of the above or other matters, please enquire below.

Without the assistance of Blair’s Company, we would not have been able to deal with this complex land access safety issue, superb.
